The BTF is a not-for-profit organisation devoted to advancing the discipline of ITF Taekwon-Do through the professional development and empowerment of its instructors.

The British Taekwon-Do Federation (BTF) is registered with the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) and is very active both nationally and internationally in representing its members.

The British Taekwon-Do Federation combines the rich traditions of Taekwon-Do with a modern approach. Our instructors adhere to the ITF syllabus while ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone can fully engage and thrive. We are dedicated to preserving the fundamental principles and techniques of traditional Taekwon-Do, while also tailoring our approach to meet the diverse needs of our members. This philosophy allows us to cultivate a supportive and vibrant space where individuals from all backgrounds and abilities can develop, progress, and reach their aspirations. Our mission is to foster a culture of community, respect, and excellence in everything we do.
