Burbage Taekwon-Do Academy members of the ITUK recently took part in the BTC Touch Gloves campaign.
Offering Ladies TaeKwon-Do classes over a 6 week course, with local Girls/Ladies from age 12yrs trying a taste of Martial Arts training.
The courses main focus was raising awareness, learning practical Self-Defence / Pad work / TaeKwon-Do Technique's with Fitness & Fun.
The course proved very successful and now continues to run on a weekly basis.
