Blue Wave Taekwondo

Overview: Blue Wave Taekwondo, located in Washington, Tyne & Wear, is dedicated to teaching martial arts to students of all ages. Established in 2005, the school aims to empower both children and adults through the development of confidence, leadership, and fitness skills that are integral to martial arts training.

Programs:

1. Children's Programs:

   • Titans (Ages 4-6): Focuses on foundational skills in a fun, engaging environment.
   • Juniors (Ages 7-11): Enhances physical fitness, discipline, and social skills.
   • Cadets (Ages 12-17): Prepares teens with self-defense, confidence, and leadership skills crucial for adulthood.

2. Adult Programs:

   • General Adult Classes: Suitable for all fitness levels, these classes combine traditional martial arts with modern self-defense techniques.
   • Ladies Only Classes: Specifically designed for women, these classes focus on fitness, self-defense, and Kicking  & Striking skills.

Facilities: The Blue Wave Taekwondo training facility boasts two floors of training space equipped with jigsaw mats for safety, air-conditioned rooms, and a dedicated seating area for parents to watch classes on TVs. The facility is also used for special events like workshops, parties, and seminars.
