Epping TKD is a small and friendly Taekwondo Martial Arts Club. With classes on Tuesday nights at 7pm in Thornwood Village Hall, and now a NEW EARLY SUPER SUNDAY CLASS in the scout hut at the bottom of Bower Hill in Epping.

If you work in the week an like Sundays off, but still want to get up and do something. Sunday mornings 9-10am means you can get up exercise and get on with the rest of you day. The class is mixed ages from 8+ and abilities. Low pressure and friendly. We have families training together every week and we aim to train the mind and body.
